Quinn is a long-standing Montessori professional bringing almost three decades of experience in Montessori education. Quinn believes Montessori education empowers children to reach their full potential through thoughtfully curated lessons and experiences. She asserts that the Montessori philosophy offers a robust approach to preparing children for success in society, a philosophy she encapsulates with a favored quote: “Joy, feeling one’s own value, being appreciated and loved by others, feeling useful and capable of production are all factors of enormous value for the human soul.”
 
Quinn is a certified Montessori teacher with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Saint Xavier University and a certification in Special Education. She also has a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Business Management from Adler University and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from National University. 
 
Quinn specializes in board development, financial coaching, and organization-level management strategies for schools.
