Ines Oldenburg, Certified Positive Discipline Trainer

Born and raised in Germany, Ines Oldenburg brings a rich cultural and educational background to her role in Montessori education. With seven years of experience in a 3-6 Montessori classroom and eleven years in a Lower Elementary Montessori classroom, Ines has a deep understanding of child development and the Montessori method. 

 

Currently, Ines supports new teachers in training as a field consultant for Seton Montessori Institute and Trine University. She is a certified Positive Discipline Trainer for both Positive Discipline in the Classroom and Positive Discipline for Parents. Ines has led numerous workshops on Positive Discipline classroom management and has presented on these topics nationwide. Her extensive training in Nonviolent Communication and certification as an Encouragement Consultant further enhance her ability to coach families and teachers effectively. She is currently working on her certification for Foundations of Montessori Inclusion in Elementary.

 

Ines is also dedicated to supporting her community. She serves as the chair of the Human Rights Committee for Booth and Company and as a board member for United Montessori Schools of Indiana and the Center for Nonviolence in Fort Wayne. 

 

Her life passion is working closely with children and families, helping them thrive in educational and personal development.
