Professional Development Workshops and Event Presentations

From one-hour presentations to 6-hour workshop days, Jess can build professional development around schools' needs. Popular topics include Montessori pedagogy overviews for parents and/or new staff, classroom management, adaptive teaching, team communication, curriculum planning, and data-informed teaching practices.
Presentations for parents and the public are designed to educate, unify, and ignite interest. They are one to two hours in length, plus a Q&A session. Popular topics include Montessori pedagogy overviews, "taking the long view" with faith in Montessori, and overviews of particular Montessori curricular areas.

Environmental Design

School, classroom, and homeschool spaces designed to suit your needs and budget while creating a space for focused and effective Montessori education. Design can be drawings and purchasing lists or a finished product set up and ready for learning. The Montessori environment is the most foundational component for effective teaching; we will partner with you to build inspiration into every inch.

Teacher and Administrator Coaching

Sometimes we need a "guide on the side" to help us move from concrete to intuitive understanding of Montessori as we gain experience in our careers. Other times we need a supportive advisor to navigate challenges. Jess will work with you to determine your level of need and best methods of support.

Whole-School Consultation

A new school, or a school under new leadership, can often benefit from third-party analysis and advice. Our team will help schools unify under common goals, build effective and concise strategic plans, design student environments, focus board development (if applicable), thrive through meaningful communication systems, and more. This includes a team of two consultants, an Education Partner focused on curriculum, classroom management, and teacher development/hiring and an Organizational Development Partner who will guide board and business development.
